How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially for weekends. However, we often have same-day or next-day availability for weekdays.
What if the weather is bad?
I work in any temperature above 35°F and can perform all services. Below 35°F, water can freeze on the vehicle, so I can only do interior detailing in those conditions. For rain, I can work in covered areas like garages or we can reschedule at no charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any amount or specific service package. Contact us for details.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
